Toni Martinez

Toni Martinez is a Realtor® whose love of family and community is at the heart of everything she does. Born and raised in small-town Massachusetts and proudly relocated to Rhode Island a decade ago, she fell in love with everything New England has to offer — the seasons, the scenery, the people, and yes, the sports. That deep sense of place and belonging is exactly what drives her passion for helping others find a home they can truly call their own.

With a background spanning ten years as a pediatric dental assistant along with training in medical coding and billing, Toni brings a patient, detail-oriented, and people-first approach to real estate. She obtained her Rhode Island real estate license in October 2025 after completing her training at the Real Estate Institute of Rhode Island — and as someone who has personally navigated the experience of buying a home in Warwick with her husband Chris, she understands firsthand what her clients are going through at every step of the process.

Toni and her family are active members of the Warwick community, cheering on their kids at school events and local sports and attending community gatherings whenever possible. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, family vacations, and catching a good game. Guided by the values of teamwork, determination, and genuine connection, Toni is committed to making every client feel supported, informed, and truly at home from start to finish.
