Sidney Posy is a Realtor® who believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a home — it's about helping people make confident, informed decisions during one of the biggest moments of their lives. With a personal, straightforward approach built on communication, education, and genuine care, Sidney is committed to making the process feel less overwhelming and more empowering for every client he serves.

Before entering real estate, Sidney spent over 25 years as a professional DJ and event producer in the wedding and entertainment industry, and brings more than 25 years of project management experience with a background in audio, video, and media production from New England Institute of Technology. Those careers taught him how to communicate under pressure, manage complex timelines, coordinate multiple moving parts, and make people feel at ease during important moments — skills that translate directly into real estate.

He works with buyers and sellers throughout Rhode Island, with a particular focus on first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and anyone who wants a real person they can count on from start to finish. A proud Rhode Islander, Sidney understands that real estate here is about more than property — it's about neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, and the communities where people build their lives. Outside of real estate, he continues to work in the wedding and entertainment industry, and enjoys exploring local businesses, discovering what makes each corner of the Ocean State unique, and staying connected to the community he's fortunate to serve.
