Karen Colli is a Realtor® and proud Rhode Island native who has been a trusted guide for homeowners at every stage of life since launching her real estate career in 2016. From growing families ready to upsize to empty nesters looking to downsize, first-time buyers navigating the process for the first time, and clients planning a retirement move to warmer climates, Karen brings a deeply personalized approach to every relationship. Her passion for understanding each client's unique needs — combined with nearly a decade of local expertise — has made her a go-to resource throughout the Ocean State.

Karen's professional foundation runs deep. Before real estate she spent 20 years as a Litigation Paralegal specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice, where she sharpened her skills in client advocacy, communication, and meticulous attention to detail. She began her real estate career in Miami before returning home to Rhode Island in 2016, and holds her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. A lifelong Lincoln resident since the age of three, Karen has an intimate knowledge of its communities, schools, and neighborhoods — and has helped many families find their place there.

Outside of work, Karen is an avid photographer, a dedicated spin class enthusiast, and a weekly volunteer at Mathewson Street Church in Providence, where she helps provide Sunday breakfast for those experiencing homelessness. Her commitment to service extends naturally from her personal life into her professional one — showing up fully for every client, every step of the way.
