Jodie Neville is a Realtor® who will be the first to tell you — she doesn’t love houses, she loves people. With 10 years in real estate, a track record of helping clients buy and sell over 200 homes, and a reputation built entirely on relationships and referrals, Jodie has made it her mission to turn one of life’s most stressful experiences into something genuinely exciting. Known professionally as “Jodie from Rhody” — a college nickname that became her real estate identity — she brings authenticity, fierce client advocacy, and a warmth that turns every client into family.

Before real estate, Jodie spent 15 years in corporate marketing leadership at Hasbro, where she earned a Women in Toys “Rising Star” Award and was recognized by RI Monthly’s “40 Under 40.” Armed with a BS in Marketing and Human Development from Boston College and an Executive MBA from Northeastern University, she brought that same creative, strategic energy into real estate — earning Rookie of the Year in her first year, consistent Top 10 company-wide recognition, and a Hall of Fame Award. She specializes in guiding clients through every life stage, from first-time buyers and growing families to those ready to downsize from the family home.

A lifelong East Greenwich resident, Jodie raised her twin daughters in the same town and school system where she grew up — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Outside of real estate, she is deeply involved in youth field hockey, serving on the board of EGYFH and coaching for over 20 years. She loves bringing people together, whether that’s a Jaws-themed pool party or a BC tailgate. Guided by her three C’s — Connection, Creativity, and Consistency — Jodie knows Rhody, knows Rhody real estate, and above all, knows what her clients need.
