Briana Vizcaino is a Realtor® licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts who is passionate about making real estate more accessible, inclusive, and people-first. With a degree in Public Relations from URI and a background in brand management and community engagement, she brings a unique and thoughtful perspective to every client relationship. A born-and-raised Rhode Islander, Briana is deeply rooted in the communities she serves, with particular expertise in Providence and Kent County. Alongside her real estate work, she continues to practice as a freelance PR professional, currently partnering with the Pawtucket School Committee to develop family engagement initiatives for underserved communities. With over 60 hours of community service across organizations like Amos House, Meals on Wheels, Save the Bay, and Meeting Street, her commitment to giving back is woven into everything she does.

Outside of work, Briana is an avid gardener and nature lover who enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time at the beach with her two Australian Shepherds. She has a deep appreciation for music and art and treasures time with friends and family. As both a Realtor and PR professional, Briana is committed to representing every client with integrity, warmth, and care — building trusted relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
