A Rhode Island native, Lou grew up in West Warwick, raised his family in North Kingstown and currently resides in Charlestown, RI with his wife, Kim. He is an avid golfer, often competing in state events and enjoys hiking and bird watching at Trustom Pond and Ninigret Wildlife Refuges.
