Dennis Warburton

Dennis has held his Real Estate Salesperson license in Rhode Island since 2000. Over his 20-year career, he has been involved in residential transactions from Woonsocket to Charlestown. Dennis is a fourth-generation Realtor. His great-grandfather founded "The Warburton Agency" in 1920 and Dennis now carries on the Warburton family name in the RI real estate industry. While Dennis can help with all types of properties, he is an expert when it comes to the sale and purchase of condominiums. Dennis and his dad Jim sold 50 units at Wethersfield Commons alone! Dennis graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School and served four years of active duty in the United States Air Force attaining the rank of E-4 as a Communications Security Administrator at the Headquarters level. He earned the Air Force Commendation medal for meritorious service while at HQ CCD at Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome NY. Dennis enjoys traveling, attending live sporting events, and is passionate when it comes to horse racing and golf. He has two children, Olivia and Jack who are both attending Rhode Island College.
